A custom approach tailored to your goals
When you choose to work with me as your personal trainer, you will get the benefit of one-on-one training and a customized program specifically built around your goals and needs. Initially, we will spend time discussing your interests, schedule, fitness background, and workout preferences. I’ll develop a tailored plan just for you and we will review and adjust the plan based on your progress towards your goals.

Personal training takes the guess work out of workouts. If you are uninspired or simply bored with your current workouts, I can help. New challenges, new workouts, and new exercises are great for helping enhance or improve your fitness. From cardio to strength to balance to plyometrics, there are endless options for custom workouts built just for you.

Personal Training Programs 
There are a variety of different ways that we can work together including in-person training (in the Hampton Roads area) or virtual training. In-person training in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area starts at $50 per session. All plans listed below are for virtual training and are adjustable to best meet your needs. Each plan includes a 30-minute complimentary phone consultation.

Simple Strength Plan
* Three 30-45 minute strength workouts per week, delivered via email
* Workouts are tailored based on available equipment, or can be designed to be completed without equipment
* One-on-one weekly email check in with Christine
* $70 / 4 weeks

Tailored Fitness Plan
* Three 45-minute workouts per week, delivered and synced in Trainerize
* Workouts can be a variety of cardio, strength, plyometrics, and balance
* Access to seamless online training platform, Trainerize
* One-on-one bi-weekly 15 minute phone check in with Christine (must be scheduled 48 hours in advance)
* $100 / 4 weeks

Total Fitness Plan
* Three 45 minute strength workouts and three 30-45 minute cardio workouts per week, delivered and synced in Trainerize
* Access to seamless online training platform, Trainerize
* One-on-one weekly 15 minute phone check in with Christine (must be scheduled 48 hours in advance)
* $160 / 4 weeks

A la carte pricing: Custom workouts start at $15 and can be developed based on your goals and available equipment.
* Looking for inspiration? Try a custom strength and cardio workout bundle for $25. Each workout is approximately 45 minutes in duration and will help you get your gym mojo back! Includes 1 free revision if a particular exercise doesn’t work well for you

* Certified Personal Trainer, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
* Wellness Coach, Mayo Clinic
* Adult and Pediatric First Aid, CPR and AED, American Red Cross
* Extensive experience in coaching and mentorship
