3 month private coaching package: 3 months of private wellness coaching support, tailored to your wellness goals, vision, and personal needs
* Includes a 75 minute foundation session where I will get to know you, we will explore your wellness vision, and we will discuss your short and long-term health and wellness goals.
* 11, 45-minute follow-up sessions
* This program is 12 sessions in total…over nine hours of one-on-one coaching!
* Personalized self-discovery exercises and worksheets to help you achieve your goals.
* Goal setting worksheet to use for each coaching session.

6 month private coaching package: 6 months of private wellness coaching support, tailored to your wellness goals, vision, and personal needs
* Includes a 75 minute foundation session where I will get to know you, we will explore your wellness vision, and we will discuss your short and long-term health and wellness goals.
* 24, 45-minute follow-up sessions
* This program is 25 sessions in total…over 19 hours of one-on-one coaching!
* Personalized self-discovery exercises and worksheets to help you achieve your goals.
* Goal setting worksheet to use for each coaching session.

Strengths Finder Program: The Strengths Finder Program is ideal for anyone who may be embarking on a significant life transition such as a career change, major move, or relationship change. This program will help you identify those traits that bring you energy, thereby increasing your chance of success. This is not your traditional strength finding exercise that you may have done through work or school. This uses a different approach and definition for strengths that is proven to enhance self-efficacy.
* Includes a 90 minute strength finding session where we will dive deep into those traits, attributes, and scenarios that make you feel excited and bring you energy. By working to identify these strengths, you will feel empowered to take on your specific situation knowing what skills, techniques, and traits to employ.
* Includes two 30 minute follow-up sessions to further our conversation on how your strengths can help you navigate your transition, change, or life situation.
* This program is 3 sessions in total for 2.5 hours of one-on-one coaching time
* This program is different from traditional wellness coaching in that we will be explicitly focused on identifying your personal strengths as it pertains to a specific situation in time. Long-term coaching support would be more ideal for a 3 or 6 month coaching package.
* Include strengths overview packet with worksheets, handouts, exercises plus tailored document after the strengths finder session
